One of the features of the help system in Windows is the addition of context sensitive help for dialog boxes. To display the help select the question mark button in the upper right corner of the dialog box and then click on the item in the dialog box you want help for. A small window will popup with a short explanation of the item you selected.

This allows you quickly get information about the item you are interested in. You can also display the context sensitive help by pressing the right mouse button on the item in the dialog box and select What’s This? from the popup menu.
